Abstract : The knowledge economy has had a major role in implementing the goals of Vision 2030 to put the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the right path of sustainable development, knowledge economy and what offers of information technology and communication is a promising sustainable development chance for the whole world, for that a study was made to analyze the impact of knowledge economy over sustainable development in 2030 vision and display the research important through clarify the knowledge economy and sustainable development concepts and make its role very clear in 2030 vision, through showing the goals of sustainable development which is part of 2030 vision, depending on that the researcher use the descriptive analytical method to show the importance of knowledge economy and sustainable development which shows that the most important results is an increase in the non-oil government income from 100 billion SAR in 2015 to 294 billion in 2018 and an increase in the public investment fund assets from 600 billion SAR to 1.3 trillion SAR in 2018,the ratio of the spending on the research to the total of the local production its maximum in 2018 with a 0.95% and the direct foreign investment decrease from 4.2 billion dollars where it was 39.5 billion dollars in 2008, from another angle a standard method was used and a fundamental hypothesis was tested which resulted in a relation with a static approach between knowledge economy and sustainable development in Saudi Arabia. Knowing that the researchers recommended that the education should be restructured and the importance of supporting the research more and educated people the top languages and spread the internet use and protect the privacy and security. .
