Abstract : This research aims to identify industrial experience in Saudi Arabia during King Khalid's reign is the research of the most important stages of industrial development in Saudi Arabia. So this study development of industry in terms of their workings and facilities provided by the State to promote and track the factors influencing this development requires that the review stages of the beginnings of industries in its founding era Kingdom King Abdulaziz Al Saud Allah have mercy – Study on historical methodology the analytical track stages of development of industry in Saudi Arabia by collecting scientific material on the subject of sources and then analyze them and draw conclusions. Subject of study: search discusses three main chapters chapter I deals with the statutory regulations that were passed in the reign of King Khalid, and how interest in the educational process in vocational training (schools, colleges) created during the search, and also deals with government facilities to develop Industry. Chapter II handing industry types and traces the beginning of traditional industries in the Kingdom before the industrial Renaissance, and then touch the search to form a Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu breakthrough and create basic industries Corporation (SABIC), and petrochemical industries and manufacturing industries, and reviews the proliferation of industrial cities in different cities and regions of the Kingdom, and chapter III discusses the impact of industrial development on the great industrial expansion includes Kingdom and comparisons and census of factories before and after King Khalid of Saudi Arabia governance chapter III concludes evolution said Satellite in Saudi society. And in the end it was the finale that included the findings of the study results.
