Abstract : The occupational health and safety management system is often referred to as an important resource for organizations in their goals to create a good work environment. Health and safety in the workplace is extremely important to ensure that the organization provides a safe work environment for its employees and to reduce the risk of accidents and injuries. Workplace safety management is as important to the company as it is to employees. This includes providing information, instructions, training and appropriate supervision of employees as necessary to enable them to work safely. This thesis aims to evaluate the OSH management system on campus where OSH systems are associated with all types of institutions and organizations, including universities and colleges that offer education as a primary goal for these institutions. However, the concepts of OSH application are not common In the education department as it is in the industrial department. Several studies have been conducted on the occupational health and safety system in industries, but it is difficult to link them with universities. Therefore, this letter tries to participate in contributing to the gathering of knowledge through studying the occupational health and safety system, and implementing the occupational health and safety system in accordance with international guidelines and standards. King Abdul Aziz University, is the place where the study was carried out. The discussion will also cover the current state of the King Abdul Aziz University campus in terms of quality management process, internal communication process, document control process, record keeping process, training process, internal audit process, administrative review process, measurement process, monitoring process, and continuous improvement process.
