In this technique , the fistulous tract is everted towards the oral cavity through the opening of the fistula . Then , instead it is incised and removed as usual , it is sutured with the surrounding mucoperiostium. It is a relatively simple procedure , neither a graft nor an alloplastic material or others is needed .
