Abstract : Management training of the most important elements of achieving the objectives of administrative development, and the Institute of Public Administration is one of the most important institutions involved in the training of personnel in government agencies, personnel training and staff government agencies and the private sector, had been assigned the task of management training, which is one of the most important objectives set out in its statute of paper level management in the Kingdom , and raise the efficiency of state employees to increase their productivity as supports development rules. Has consistently Institute of Public Administration since its inception to promote administrative development in the Kingdom, and has been an active contributor in raising the efficiency of state employees and prepare them scientifically and practically to shoulder their responsibilities and exercise their powers in a manner that ensures upgrading management in government agencies to support the development of the national economy rules. The importance of the Institute of Public Administration as a training institution contribute to the development of administrative and administrative challenges of existing and future, has met «Riyadh HE Director General of the Institute of Public Administration d. Abdulrahman Cquaoui and asked him a number of questions to clarify which side of the Institute and duties, and achieve goals, and dialogue reads as follows: Training of more than half a million graduation and 26 thousand students in prep programs to labor market
