Abstract : The poisoning effect of different insecticides and heavy metals were tested on immature albino rats.During the experiments, the general manifestations such as the weekly body weight gains, signs of toxicity and commulative mortality were taken into consideration.At the end of the treatment and withdrawal period, the internal organs (liver, kidney, testis, spleen, heart and lung ) were freshly weighted. All the treatments caused body weight decrease compared to the control values . After45 dayes there is a significant changes in the weight of live and kidney , also there a marked change in the activity of ALP, GOT, and Gpt as well as amaked histopathological changes
