Abstract : Through this study, samples were collected from four coastal areas in Egypt (Suez and Ismailia represent the Red Sea, and represents the Port Said and Alexandria, the Mediterranean) have been recorded samples of toxic 20% of the total samples collected. Has been divided toxic (depending on the time of death of the mouse) to: low toxicity (at the time of death 18-24 hours) toxicity medium (15 minutes - 5.3 hours) and high toxicity (less than 15 minutes), ranging from one toxic medium and high between 170 and 384 Unit Rat (and. P / 100 g sample) equivalent to 30.6 to 12.69 micro gram saxitoxin / 100 g sample. And has been a study of some chemical properties of the toxins that have been isolated
