Abstract : There is growing interest in research in the field of optimal design of the experiences of the global bilateral comparisons. There are several criteria are taken into account to determine the optimal design, including: the design is a minimum of impact (the sum of the elements of country) and specific and the largest value for the Aegean matrix variations identified. And another standard for the design optimization is to make the power of the test to test the convergent rate possible for a specific purpose not the end of the superpower. And a standard third ideal is to compare the designs on the basis of merit relative proximity to the places the greatest percentage of tests corresponding to them. In many cases be required to find an optimal design of experiments for global comparisons of bilateral symmetric or asymmetric in order to test for the imposition of non-specific effects of the global. Our goal is to install a set of designs appropriate for each non-imposition and the development of mathematical methods to determine the optimal design - in that group - which makes the impact of the specific and unique value to the largest matrix variations corresponding to the smaller end of the nihilistic hypothesis. As well as to find optimal design that makes the power of the test convergent rate of the test possible with the corresponding end of the superpower to present examples to illustrate ways to implement those methods.
