Abstract : In this research study the effect of food content of calcium and phosphate to resist the erosion of the bones of the jaw after dental pulp revealed or what is called the nerve and infection is exposed to pollution. And male rats were given the amount of food contains different ratios of calcium or phosphate (decrease or increase) or both for 30 days before the start of the experiment. Using the surgical microscope has been done click on the front tooth of mandible and left exposed for a period of 3 weeks, were then anesthetized animals to obtain samples of blood and then dissect and extract the lower jaw and some members Kalgdd salivary and liver and kidney. The study showed that a lack of calcium, phosphate, lead to further erosion of the bones of the jaw in the case of exposure to the heart of age and exposure to pollution and the shortage of phosphorus over the impact of its importance in the deposition of calcium in the bones and for the deficiency of an extremely weak animals with histopathological changes indicating damage to both cells of the salivary glands and liver and kidney was noted the emergence of large numbers of cells Mast (Mast cell), known to secrete histamine and some of the material causing inflammation, which may affect the metabolism and the blood level of two calcium and phosphate and thus an increase in bone erosion shown by the study of the jaw using a technique Micro-CT) ). And must therefore reserve when dealing with patients who suffer from osteoporosis to the lack of these elements when treating diseases of the teeth or surrounding tissues.
