Mega Scientific Event at KFMRC

A – two day – participatory Mega Scientific Event was organized on April 23-24, 2019 at the main auditorium of KFMRC in collaboration with the Research Centers and units maintained by it. The initiative was prompted by collaborative efforts of KFMRC, CEGMR, CIPM and ROYA keeping the idea of providing a platform to apprise of ongoing researches and to explore the collaborative efforts among the scientists. The researchers presented and reviewed their research activities, scientific outcome thus far and highlighted future prospects in line with the concept of "Productive University". The researchers stressed the need for close cooperation among themselves and to stay focus on applied researches besides holding scientific meetings periodically round the year. The need to secure funds for such ideas are paramount. The spirit of teamwork and long-term strategic planning was further projected in realizing the much coveted vision 2030 of Saudi Arabia.
