The First npj Nature Journal in Genomic Medicine in the Middle East has been launched at KAU

The first ever npj journal in Genomic Medicine in the Middle East has been launched on Monday 23rd March 2015 at King Faisal Convention Centre by the Acting KAU President, Prof Abdurrahman Alyoubi.

 

The journal- named ''npj Genomic Medicine''- will be issued by Nature Publishing Group in partnership with the Center of Excellence in Genomic Medicine Research (CEGMR).

Prof Alyoubi described the unprecedented achievement, as a milestone for KAU scientific publication. According to Prof Mohammed AL-Qahtani, the CEGMR's Director, said that this journal remarks achieving one of the CEGMR main goals which is driving international publication in the field of Genomic Medicine towards better human health.
